what to make.

Useful, not cute.
We don't optimize for clever or small. We pick problems we'd want solved ourselves and chase them down until the tool earns its place.

Go deep.
Every project asks us to learn something new. We learn it. We don't stop at the first version that works — we keep digging until the tool is actually good.

Built to be used.
We measure ourselves by whether real people open the thing tomorrow. If nobody's using it, it doesn't count.
